Working on any side projects?

I always loved working on the side projects, some hobby projects, etc. These days I'm seeing companies are hiring in the basis of that. Teenagers are making so much revenue from the side projects.

Are you as a full time employee working on any side projects? How do you carry out the time?

Need some motivation.
