Working into a business analyst role in payment domains

I have been working in banking operations in fincrime for 5 years apart from that i have learnt SQL and Power Bi working on projects uploaded in GitHub after 7 months I’m still not getting many interviews calls but those who interviewed me rejected me based on not having adequate experience. Kind of feeling low any advice or assistance would be appreciated
