Not required I think .... In few projects people are not going to office if their work hrs is afternoon

Leave will be deducted if dont follow the hybrid policy.... I have also same shift timing still the leaves were deducted for some days.

It totally depends on your project HR and managers, they did this change in hybrid work policy for themselves or their special people, when you will ask you then they will say ,' you can work from home if you have approval of L2 Manager if he or she will be approved , sooner or later they will come to you with some other thing.

While assigning the shift, there is a tick mark where if manager ticks then work from home. This tick allows you to work from home if your shift starts at 8.30 pm or ends at 8.30 pm,manager ko patao work from home lelo
