Working in TCS with 15.5 lpa or moving to Wipro with 18lpa for same project.. which is better decision

No point in moving for just 20% hike.

Keep wipro as optional during NP look for better opportunities

This is like you move from cobra to viper. Hike is very less. Even Wipro has Quarterly variable( Even they paying better than TCS)

Wipro is also not good , Half of the variable you will not be getting, Toxic culture and worst Management. Don't join Wipro for such a small hike.
