Working in tcs … planning to join HCL on Sap bw hana role aas E3B role… can you provide feedback as i heard hcl is not good to join

Why ?

Compensation having large variable amount, in hand will be less, less opportunity for onsite.

HCL is good work wise. But on compensation part you should be careful as variable part plays a vital role in your inhand salary. Additionally you dont get Shift and On-call allowance if you are in IOMC division. If HR says it is there then you need to focus on in hand salary.
