Working in same Software MNC for 13 years. Should I leave to join other Software MNC

I am associated with Software MNC for 13 years should I leave and try to apply for another organisation or should I continue in current

Other organisation will bring different and new context along with new working environment

Joining other organisation also increase salary high in comparison to stay in current
