Hey everyone,
I am a 2023 B.tech graduate in CSc. I got placed in Salesforce as an associate technical support engineer. A few months into training, I took up a new opportunity to get into the renewals team which comes under the umbrella of Sales. I have been working in this role for about a year now( This October would mark 1 year ). I am receiving fair pay by the current market standards with a salary hike on the way. I enjoyed my work for quite some time but now it feels repetitive. I am looking for a challenging job along with a significant salary increase.
I need some guidance. Currently looking forward to possible ways to switch to technical roles like SDE or junior developer either inside or outside the company at the same salary if not more. Shoot your suggestions!
