Have been working for 3 years in infosys but with no hike. But they need us to fill the bullshit evaluation every 6months...managers are constantly pinching to wfo but with same wages...you can't afford in tier-1 cities. Seat booking is always full for NCR regions...most of the staff is on bench. They charge 5times package from clients for projects we are working and give us peanuts as salary. Mr. Murthy still wants us to work 70 hours a week but dont see the salary differences and low wages given to his employees. Denmark has a culture of 33 hours a week and most happiest place to work for employees with competetive salaries is nit the example which Mr. MURTHY will ever look upon.
ITS HIGH TIME TO SWITCH NOW AND GET RID OFF THIS BULLSHIT OF MIRAGE OF HIKES EVERY 6 MONTHS WE FACE.

Tired of Infosys hypocrisy and finally left for a product based company with good hike. Literally the best choice i made in recent years..
There are 3.5L people and there will always be some people who will fall in the crack. Don’t be a victim and move on.only thing you need to figure out is why were you the one who fell into the crack….
Already on notice period and aggressively exploring outside due to all this issues.
