Trending @Capgemini; Working in a support project

I have been working in synchrony production support for about 2.5 years now. I have not learned any new skills during these 2 years and I'm a bit worried about my future because of no technical skills. I'm planning to learn AWS cloud and Devops now. Is it a good idea ? Can anyone please advise?

Good idea. Keep learning. It will help you get some projects. Learn cloud and AI technologies.

I'm also in a similar situation, but I've been learning GCP since start of this year, i think I have to speed up and start working on certifications to get into projects, can someone suggest this, if I'm on a good path or need to do something else
