Trending @Cognizant; Working hours is 10 for all employees or depending on sector

For my project it's more than 10hrs, managers push associates to work for cpuple of extra hours daily after 10hrs. Location-Pune.

It is 10 for all employees except kolkata based. Mostly for client we billed for 8+1 hours only and that hour we can spend on our skill up. This is what i heard from management.

In timesheet we charge for 9 hours but in Tru Time they have asked for 10 hours. Ideally it should only be 9 as that's per Labor laws and our billing rate as well. Frankly no one should go beyond 9. If one gives 10 hours and including office travel time as well we will be giving around 13,14 hours to office only. Tru Time is nonsense. Cognizant needs to improve their policies.

Except Kolkata & Noida it's 10 hours for all Indian locations

• Note: If the project requires then Kolkata & Noida employees will also have to work for 10 hours..

Its 10 hours for bangalore folks..I work at Kolkata location and here it is 9 hours
