Working hours are getting extended beyond 9 hours (1 hour break) due to dependency on onshore team in IT

I mean even you have not signed anything in paper that you would extend work till late night. Why bother, tell them if OT is paid, you will cooperate. Otherwise enjoy life, happiness can be found everywhere. TCS will not drown if you work less, but u will drown in misery by overworking.
