Yesterday I started work around 11.30 and spent about 2-3 hours in the morning & afternoon doing code reviews , tech discussions, meetings etc. and then spent most of the day chilling with my parents. (WFH)

For me 5 - I start by 11 and end by 7 but take an hour lunch break, 4-5 tea/coffee breaks and some gossips - I tracked one day and it was 5.2 hrs.
