Working from other country
Can we work from other country for sometime if its needed. Scenario is - I have resigned and already I had plans for the vacation. Can I work from there where I am visiting or is it I have to take sick leave?
No, you are not allowed to take the laptop out of the country of origin. It will raise an incident.

Working from office for 5 days a week is mandatory. Although no body will track when you put papers, but don't take risk by leaving the country as it poses a risk for unapproved movement of tcs asset.
No the laptop should not leave the region / domains ! Europe/india/apac/North America like that
Work for some other organisation? If yes then is called moonlighting and you already know the answer for that
