Folks who are working from home 4-5 days a month and rest of the days from office, are you facing any heat from the HR or your managers? I’m planing to work from home on all Fridays.

Personally yes My manager is really anal about wfh days

HR hasn’t flagged yet, but manager made me come to office all days

But it’s a manager to manager thing I feel
