Working from different location during notice period
I put my resignation due to medical conditions of my parents and requested for an early release. My request has been denied so I have requested that I work from office in my home town. My base and depute locations are Mumbai, Thane. If project and HR deny this request and I work from office in my hometown, will there be any impact?
U can ask for wfo exception
I have asked the same but hr has said if the project allows then only he will allow. Now when I spoke to my lead he said he needs to check the policy and all. That’s why I need to understand of any impact will be there or not
Anyways you resigned ...so what they will do ...just put everything on mail....(Inform your lead on mail about ur parents condition )and go home ....from there u can work from home ...qva will be deduct....or u can swip from ur hometown untill project don't take any object ur safe ...and anyways ur leaving organisation so no need to think much
