Working from Blr location

I have a query, is any general HR is there to Blr location apart from the unit level HRs. To contact them regarding any issues that we are facing and getting help from them eg. Blr rain 🌧️ issue, etc.

Why because I never ever received any communication regarding such issues weather and all.

My HR is worst, they are working for org and its employees but not even replies to us. Not a single mail in these kind of issues. But I'll receive mails like Be Complaint, Visit Office, Visit Townhall, Set atleast 1 Goal😡.......
