My manager says that it's project requirements that I will have to report from Chennai odc although my base loc is Blor.
How to get loc changed, manager sits in onsite cold region and wants me to suffer in Chennai heat weather ðŸ˜

Talk to your manager about your situation. Many of us from my project are from different locations and connect from nearest wipro office.

Just ask him to release from the project stating the above reason. Or you can threaten mgr like you can resign. Your manager has only two options
- Release from project. In this case, you can search for new project with your base location. Be careful with the market in this option
- Manager can give you WFH temporarily. In this case no need to visit new location.
