Ye khali freshers ko kam PKG me hire karenge but retain nahi karenge aur dusre company se bande ko 100% hike deke layenge. Current bande ko even 10% hike bhi nahi denge.
I have marked as Disagree. Since I joined in 2019 with 9LPA salary as ACON and after 4 Compensation Review, 1 Promotion, 2 Progressions I am at Senior Consultant with 17.5 LPA. But now I am switching and got 23.5 as offer
They are out of their mind. For freshers this company is worst, joined in 2021 this year completed 3+yrs still no performance based hike not even a penny. They are just delaying it over and over again.
Bro, when u start getting performance bonus, then you start getting more sad because of performance rating. 😂
That 2% log will be paid promotions
