I find it productive to work during lunch hours, grabbing a bite on the side (usually a roll or a wrap) and leaving home early
What do you think about this? do you people take lunch breaks or prefer working during lunch hours

Depends, if I have some good amount of work to do then I don't mind skipping lunch but keep some snacks besides me to eat whole working. When working from home, I usually take a quick nap during lunch hours😅

I've seen this in the Western culture. Nothing wrong, whatever works for you. I personally want my time away from the screen for lunch
