Working as SDE in Banking v/s Product

It might sound like an age-old comparison. But I am a B.Tech fresher out of college and want to know what are the pros and cons of working in Banking firms like JPMC, GS, and the pros and cons of working in Product-based companies like Google, Zomato.

Of course it'll depend on a lot of factors, but I want to gain an insight from the experienced folks.
