Trending @Infosys; Working 16 hr a day and micromanagement
Hi everyone, I have a 2.8 year exp and this is my 4th project as a mainframe developer.I am working as a senior systems engineer and in this project we are forced to work to 16 hr a day to learn and survive, but I am not a kind of person who can work like that, what to do i say if they force me to work 16 hr a day, please guide me I am literally crying and not able to sleep properly, it's been 7 days since the work has started
POV: even if I work 16 hr I am not going to learn anything new, they are making us work on weekends also
Please guide me on what to do, thanks in advance
Normalise to tell no and set boundaries... sleep is important for our well being.. go and get a health check up done.. take care ..
Look for another job man
Contact HR. Tell them you're working for 16 hrs. At least tell your manager to provide you Shift allowance
You have to work. No excuse. Else resign.
