Trending @Accenture; Worked in Cloud, DevOps, Automation & Angular β Am I Underpaid or Just Exploring the Wrong Path?
Hi everyone! π I recently got promoted and have around 1.10 years of experience. Iβve worked across multiple areas, both in my job and through personal projects. Hereβs a quick overview:
Cloud & Automation β Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Blob, Automation) β GCP (Cloud Functions, Firestore, BigQuery) β Python scripting, API integration, web scraping
πΉ DevOps (Self-Projects) β Azure Pipelines, Jenkins β Ansible, Terraform β Docker, Kubernetes β Git, GitHub
πΉ Data & Dashboards β Power BI with ServiceNow data β Power Automate + SharePoint β PostgreSQL, Looker Studio
πΉ Development β Python (backend) β Angular (frontend)
With this mix of experience, π Am I underpaid for my role and level? π If I want to switch, which path is better for long-term growth β DevOps, backend, platform, or something else?
Would love to hear your thoughts! Thanks

I have similar skill set and 3.10 years of experience and fixed is 5.4 lpa so as per accenture standard you are paid compare to outside underpaid.
For long term career I would suggest devops, since most company implement cicd, even AI developement recommends kubernetes and containers so there is demand for devops engineers. Also you can transition to MLops/AIops/DATAops , where there is huge investment going on and nobody knows what it is

Thanks for the information ππ»
