Worked 2 years at a small firm with no formal HR. They didn’t issue Form 16 or relieving docs, how to tackle if some company ask for it ?

I've worked for companies with no PF, no Form 16.

It doesn't matter, just show the HR any type of proof

If you have official email that should also work.

Show them your PF statement, the small firm must have contributed into your PF account
