Trending @Accenture; WorkDay Trick reality?
Yesterday I have checked in workday>actions>under organisation and my role has not changed. But I am badly expecting promotion this cycle, my manager also promised me in last cycle regarding this cycle promotion.
For one of the girl who is working in my project got position changed under organisation tab in workday.
Is it finalized that I didn't got promotion in this cycle or can I still expect the promotion this cycle? 🥲ðŸ˜
Sp you are clear and confirmed that u did not get promotion, start attacking your manager from Monday and tell how badly u looking for promotion and do not tell that you already knew the result, ping everyday from now onwards, so they feel bad at the time when they show it up to you and perhaps give you some other compensation good bonuses or something else
It doesn't work that way buddy. You won't get a thing until unless you're a critical resource so no point of doing all these things to your PL, this way you'll increase your chances of going on PIP.
Mostly it's final but yes you can definitely check with your people lead/manager tomorrow or they themselves will communicate in coming days
