Does anyone know how to add skills / how skills get added to workday profile apart from certification and supervisor permission.
Does completing training on pluralsight oelr percipio helps in adding skills to profile?
Currently on bench, CL 12.
From when did supervisor permission start for skills? I've 20 skills (2 p4+, 10 p4s, 3 P3+, a P3 P2) and 150/150 skills filled in workday, never once I asked for permission. If I'd, i wouldn't have reached this level then sooner! :)
Yes , it does. If you complete courses on myCompentency it also adds skills in workday.
Yes, but even on myCompetancy, we either need supervisor permission to add the skill and then give assessment to improve proficiency.
And don’t think there are courses on myCompetancy…if there are any, can you share exactly from where to access them?
External learning sites - never.
Internal live trainings and assessments - yes.
Certs and all more.
