Trending @Accenture; Workday negative feedback threat
I was on bench and given client interviews in 2 projects they both project selected me and wanted me to work with them but as one project already hard locked me I refused the other project. Now their SR manager is threatening me that he will document it on Workday, basically threatening me to give a negative feedback. Should I worried about it?
I involved my current project HR in the email and informed them that he is threatening me to give bad feedback since I did not join that project but they are not doing anything.
You can’t get a negative feedback for not joining a project especially for a valid reason of getting locked to another project. He is being unethical.
If he threatens again then look up that person’s manager and let them know. He won’t contact you again.
Also, remember that email is the worse form of communication at Accenture. Always ping the HR or whoever, set up time on their calendar and talk to them. There will be hundreds of email and your email will be lost.
