Workday application woes

Hi all,

I have noticed, whenever I apply on companies that use workday for applications, I only get rejections or no reply. Is this common for others as well? I have come to a point where I see workday and automatically sense a rejection 😃.

Is it possible to even get a response ? I feel workday automatically rejects candidates, even before companies can take a look at the applications. If anyone has any in depth knowledge of how it works, do let me know.
