Trending @Accenture; Workday - Is this an valuable domain to pursue a career in?

I'm an ASE level 12. Working in a healthcare project. I'm currently working on workday Hr reporting with no level of expertise and no certifications. I stayed here for 1.5 yrs. They have tagged me in the wrong business group and not workday business group which is getting tough for me to access community or do certifications. How can I work through this? Whom should I reach out to if I want to go on a higher level?
