Work timings at MAANG?
Hey folks, quick question for anyone working at Google, Microsoft, Meta, Apple, Amazon, or similar top-tier product companies in India 👀
What are the actual working hours like these days? • Is it still the classic 10–7/11–8 vibe? • Hybrid or office-heavy? • How common is late-night work / meetings? • Any team-wise differences (infra vs. AI vs. product teams etc.)?
Trying to get a real picture before planning my next move — don’t wanna get bamboozled by LinkedIn “work-life balance is great here!” PR posts 😌

Depends on team/ project it can be 7-12hr. Tending towards avg 10hr
But what’s your usual working hours?
There is no fixed time
Policy is in office 5 days a week, but my manager is chill, i usually do 3 days a week. Timings are also laxed, I come at 12, go at 4/5. And work 1-2 hours in the evening depending on meetings.
Ig my role/team is better than typical amazon teams with higher workloads. I see many sdes tired af with workload so rip to them
Even I think the same, because I did put the same post on other channel and there the guy mentioned that he’s having 14 hours work day
