Work sucks @TCS

I am '23 graduate, joined TCS, they gave me an internal SaaS product of TCS and product owner said he will give full stack work on Angular and Springboot, he asked me to learn them after I did 2 UI changes in product, he made me Administrator in Oracle NetSuite which is an ERP product (he said, since I am confident in JS, but believe me in past 7 months I've hardly written half a dozen code for NetSuite) and then in late April this year he gave me Hubspot which is again similar kinda thing and requires no coding at all, I also confronted him in May beginning that he told he will give full stack but the current work includes no stack at all and is neither challenging nor interesting to which he affirmed that he will give full stack work again but it is more than 2 months now I haven't received anything, also meetings happen till 9-10 PM that sucks me out to prepare for another job also the market being cocky for people with 1 year experience

I feel depressed when I see people of my same batch who joined a month earlier than me are working on full stack but I am doing ridiculous things and also if they had no full stack work then they should not have given me false hope I left other projects because of them

Sometimes these people straight up lie tbh, saying things like it's a development project etc. And once allocated it's too difficult to get released when we realize what's really happening.

Same man, mfs saying 'you can switch/resign' are probably young boomers who haven't experienced a healthy working environment that promotes learning and are themselves comfortable doing the grunt meaningless data entry typa job

Do you know the audacity of these mfs, they put me in L1 support SAP after my earlier project ended(Business Analyst) + I have MERN stack knowledge I was begging them for 10 day and they told me that people are getting terminated if they are not accepting the project, I was on the bench for only 10 days
