Work Rant: Wings Exam
I am just frustrated with the Wings1 exam. Idk how they do the marking and all. Last week I gave the mcqs for tech track and today all my colleagues got the mail for hands on except me.
Feeling like shit.
Wings is scam lol. Better of putting resources and effort in job hunting. Better hike there

Honestly, it felt like a scam. It's better to upskill and explore opportunities outside—only then you'll truly see growth and better hikes.
I worked there for around 3.3 years.
In two appraisal cycles, I consistently received an A band but only got an 8% hike each time. Even after getting a promotion, the hike was just 13%. In the third cycle, they gave me a C rating just because I asked for either onsite opportunities or meaningful technical work beyond support. This kind of behavior from delivery managers is just disappointing. So, I decided to resign—and guess what? I got a 50% hike outside.

I am also preparing for switch. Sir, can you please give any tips which helped you for switch?
Pick one technology based on your interest—Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SAP CPI. Dedicate at least 1–2 months to focused learning. On the 45th day, start applying and appearing for interviews in that chosen technology.
You will surely get good hike
At least 40 percent and upper limit is your luck
