Work place constraints a woman faces in many corporate environments & in work in general:

Work place domination due to language - Imagine a girl who doesn't know a language suddenly put into a big IT ecosystem - and surrounded by a lot of men (she doesn't know what their intentions are) who talk in their own language & philosophies has to abide by their advise & guidance for tech support. She has to culturally accept everything that they do, just for the sake of getting work done.

Pigeonholing in work

Not given proper mentorship, everything has to be figured out on her own, and when any thought is put out - it's either laughed/mocked at.

Underrepresented

Never appreciated / respected

Can be perceived negative for showing confidence

No properly set goals for a promotion

Underpaid

Self doubt, imposter syndrome

Sexual harassment

Pay inequality

Considered less technically competent and may have to work harder to prove themselves

Working after hours

Has to balance professional & personal work

Lack of freedom

Unhealthy projections by colleagues looking at her as a toy/ piece of meat/kid & energy suckers

Mansplaining

Music -

Sexism.

Machoism.

Mansplaining.

Sexual abuse.

And with all this - colorful + flashy celebrities downspiralling her confidence. Pop music always takes the limelight, never other genres.

Nepotism

Competition for art

Instagram number of followers- number of likes.
