Trending @HCL; Work Permit Concern for TechBee Need Suggestions
Hi everyone,
One of my friends, who is currently part of the Techbee program, has recently received a great opportunity where the client has asked him to work onsite from Japan. To proceed, he needs to apply for a work permit visa.
However, during the SSD discussion, he was informed that without a completed degree, the work permit cannot be issued. As he's still pursuing his degree under the BITS WILP program, this has become a roadblock.
Has anyone faced a similar situation or is aware of any possible alternatives or recommendations in such cases? Any guidance or direction would be really helpful.

Not possible. You need degree for Visa

Anyways if client is asking then HCL will take care of it. Most probably they'll send someone else for this role.
