Mine is. HYBRID 2-3 days a week
Mostly everyone got 2-3 days hybrid, only a rear cases of remote ie 0-1 days are there. But the ones sitting at the Apex needs to understand that practically it is not possible to accommodate all india employees in CTS offices. They even dont have the half seats of the india headcount. Decisions are not taken by the glass cubicals. They needs to be taken by understanding the root. The ESA managers need to understand it.

Their model is harass people so they quit on their own. It's 53° and they want to stuff people in office where they don't even have proper wifi and seats. All of this is nonsense. Their offife is stinky and smelly.
How to check work model?
Mine is 1 day in office and 4 days WFH
Hybrid, 2-3 days a week.
3 days wfo and 2 days wfh
