Hi, if I have been assigned with hybrid work model 2-3 d/w and if I am going 2 d/w only then it is fine or anything happen?
Note: I already got promoted so I am not worrying about RTO index

If you are not waiting for promotion then you can go 2 days or even 1 day for couple of weeks. They won't question you unless the managers are too much in micro Management
