I don’t think it’s show up.
More like showcasing the work.

At least in my experience. Working smart is very hard. But once you do, it definitely feels like things are on autopilot.
The only reason I will work hard is for my benefit.
If I am working for someone else, I will work as less as possible.

Fair point! Showcasing the work does make a difference, and working smart definitely gets things on autopilot. But sometimes, even working hard for your own benefit is a way to level up your skills for the future. If we’re always just doing the bare minimum for others, we might miss out on the bigger picture and growth opportunities!
