Work location change in Tcs

My joining location is chennai, but I have to work from the Pune location as from the project few people already work from Pune or there nearest location like Kolkata even ODC is not there. Is that possible? If the manager or HR refused can we go directly without informing them? Or any other suggestions... already given medical reason which is genuine but neither they are mentioned to submit a medical certificate or neither are talking....

But I have joined TCS in last month only....when I checked with HR she said minimum 2 years you have to spend like that she arrogantly told me and mentioned check with your manager ...

And does with RMGs as my transfer is stucked due to problem they are having with me as I have completed more than a year of experience in my preferred location instead of base location out of my overall experience which is more than 2 years in TCS..
