
Work Load in Notice Period.
Yesterday, there was a conversation going next to my cubicle between a TL and a guy who has 60 days left in the company. They both were not from my team. The boy do not wanted to take new work. TL asked very rudely about his remaining days schedule. The guy told that he will enhance his personal skills and complete few courses in ievolve. TL told that his head count is still in his team and he has to work and take responsibility, if not then please go and to HR and take me (TL) along. The boy said that he had worked in that project for 1.5 months, and thus he don't know much and also he don't hold dependency. The TL then rudely told that 1.5 months is sufficient to know the work. The TL then asked the boy to write an email to the reporting manager and meet him.
I'm not sure what is wrong and right in this context.
What should be approach to these scenarios. As a TL and A boy in notice period.
