Trending @Accenture; Work-life balance (WLB) at Accenture India
Although we keep getting mails on mental health, personal well-being and more, I'm trying to understand with this poll has anyone cracked to have a decent enough work life balance (WLB) while working at Accenture India. There's overtime (OT) to be considered post 8-9 hrs, for which ofcourse we don't get anything tangible but sometimes we do it for our personal development and/or project dependencies. There's also a culture where managers push for the extra hours and work. Please share your honest responses and help others gain from our collective experiences.
How does one work in more than one project at a time? How does it get charged in MyTE?
@SaltedOrange It's not that common in technology/ATCI teams, but other teams do so as the supervisors are not added from either of the project. Also, at higher levels (6 and above) it's common in technology verticals too but it's generally to add up to 100% not more. Other teams I've seen take it upto 200% and some even more
Work life balance is worst in few projects of Accenture especially SAP CPI project
My current project is in its initial phase so the first option is the current state for me.
