Work life balance vs ctc.. what's your opinion?

I think it varies based on the stage of your career you are currently for freshers wlb shouldn’t bother them instead learning with decent ctc should be the priority but as we grow higher in the ladder and have family to look after then eventually everyone looks for wlb with decent ctc.

If one has a choice, this wouldn't be a question at all.
