Work life balance in 10am - 7pm shift

I live with my family and work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift. After work, I usually feel mentally and physically drained and need some time to unwind before starting household chores. Cooking often gets pushed to around 9:00 PM.

By the time all tasks are completed, I feel fully awake and need additional time to wind down, which often affects my sleep cycle and productivity the next day. I usually do batch cooking, but that still requires cooking 3–4 times a week.

I’m unable to afford a cook as I travel frequently.

I’d really appreciate hearing how others manage this routine and any practical tips you may have.

A part of this also depends on whether you are a guy or girl. My shift timing is from 11am to 8pm. I cook 2 meal or many times 1 meal when I have to reach before 12 to office. I know that can be difficult. But the only solution that i have found is to do most of night meal prep in midday before going to office. And sleeping early no matter what, to finish personal stuffs early in day.
I am also struggling and the feeling of Loniness is killing me from inside, but this was how I'm managing.

Best way is to get your things done early in the morning. As soon as you open your laptop, your day is gone.

Why are you people working so much? Like why? Do you really think they'll easily find another idiot who puts these hours? Look out for yourself please cos no one else will.

A lot of these people are from totally useless WITCH companies doing top of the line work hours for bottom of the barrel pay. Who would even want to replace you all? You all are working like your boss has tapes on you. Please disrespect and disregard your boss and your company more.

I am also experiencing the same, its okay

I am clocking 12-13 hours at work being a lead while onsite test coordinator and manager have zero contribution

In that 12-13 hours of work the only break I go for is lunch that too for just 15 mins

All I am doing these days is wakeup login logout sleep on repeat

They already know I am doing two people work but still they are trying to put extra responsibilities on me

I don't have anyone's back, even the friends I helped in my life have turned strangers

I am underpaid still having done so much work hardly get ratings

For the first time in my life in 13 years of work I feel so nervous and stressed to login at work

Everything in life seems to be going against me. But I still hanging on. My mind and body want to give up but I can't as I have responsibilities
