
Trending @Accenture; Work-Life Balance at Risk in LAM Project in Accenture
In the LAM project, we are being asked to work every Saturday and Sunday for the past two months. On weekdays, we are often working 12 to 15 hours a day, and this is happening to every person on the project.
If we decline weekend work, we’re threatened with escalation to HR, with the justification that it’s required due to project needs.
This is taking a serious toll on our health and completely destroying our work-life balance. We are unsure how to handle this situation and are seeking guidance and support.

Let them escalate. Mental wellness is not a joke. We get paid for working 9 hours for 5 days a week. Remind them of this fact.

Leave the company.I am sure rolloff requests will not be accepted in your project.

You are entitled to put extra hours in myTE. But this also require that you have been given enough time to complete the work but if due to your skill issues it is getting delayed than something to be fixed at your end. Also, you are senior person in team so your team will see you as mentor and you have to equip them so the gets distributed ethically well.

Consider resignation. May be then HR gives roll off (if u want to stay)...i have seen HR giving roll off in exchange to taking resignation back

Mostly every project at Accenture is in same stage. Standard chartered project sucks more. Everyday work for 14 to 15 hours. Will login at 9 am and logoff at 11 or 12 midnight.. Accenture is mocking with sending email regarding mental wellness sarcastically.. it's time to quit any service based labour jobs... *ck off
