Work Life Balance

The question itself doesn’t make any sense. It’s always depending on project and the leads/ manager you’re getting. The things you want to look at are Perks.

Usually people told me that they had the best work life balance in tcs, and in Deloitte they have to work for 12-14 hours. I have worked in both and my experience is completely different 😂😂in tcs I had no work life balance but in Deloitte I am literally enjoying

I would say KPMG. Apart from politics and literally no salary hike at all. It at least got the balance for work & life.
