Work is worship but Health is everything.
There should be a policy to atleast do some YOGA on daily basis guided by baba ramdev for atleast an hr within working hours
1- It increases your focus 2- It increases productivity 3- It creates good work culture 4- It motivates progressive mindset
Tcs must have flexible working hours no matter its of any domain or bpo..
Even service desk and L2 people need to breathe.
Management should consider this seriously if they are looking for actual results.
This step will surely ensure that tcs cares for employees and is employee specific.

Master plan na bhi ho baba ramdev saakshat sikhane nahi aayenge dev ji.. but unke sessions to odc ke LED HAI unme se ek LeD me chala sakte hai na..
if a single department has one LED or two LeD then it can be played for atleast 30 mins or so… and on the other LED the operation can sustain.
Or i understand cost efficiency is required and capacity required.
But i would still suggest this as a source of motivation for employees and creating a healthy work culture.
Earlier we had ergonomics in place in every tcs laptop .. why its been taken out … ergonomics should always be there so many employees can follow who forgot to take care of their health and had to visit physiotherapist to get their neck checked due to severe cervical issues.
So it does not worry TCS.?
Here its not about fighting.. its about making a better workplace for employees and company as a team. So business can sustain. Work together grow together which has TCS ethics in place.
Your idea of yoga is as absurd as expecting a donkey to win a horse race. Baba Ramdev? Seriously? Why not hire a professional trainer? And flexible hours for service desk and L2? It's a service job, not a vacation. They signed up for it. They knew what they were getting into.
But let's entertain your idea for a moment. How would you ensure that these yoga sessions or flexible hours don't affect the company's productivity? Kya aapke paas koi master plan hai?
