There would only be work related to mapping of talents, and you would be working only on Excel sheets. I have also been there and worked for a month.

Don't take it. No future scope is there.

Can I know why , as i mentioned in the post I have been on bench for a year , is it better to be on bench then take that ?

It's your call then. You asked for a suggestion, we suggested it. If you don't have any choice then you can take it. But remember it will be totally an useless thing in your resume.

Did you accept it ?

Well if you accept this non tech role then you can side by side re-skill / upskill in a tech which you have interest in and make a switch in future after a certain time period. I have heard there's no work load / pressure in mapping related role as compared to Prod projs.

Hey you can take this role and parallarly try to upskill in same industry for eg SAP success factor or workday HCM or people soft. These are the ERP which works on HR related and if you take this role and upskill in these ERP your experience might get consider . Think on this way
