Work in notice period
What to do if my scrum master is assigning tasks even at the last minute. I have only 7 days left in my notice period and still assigning tasks. They are not letting me leave peacefully. Done tons of tasks. Thought to leave on good terms but they are playing with my patience. What do I do if they have delivery by November 1st week It's not my headache right. If I didn't do those tasks do they extend my LWD? Is there any policy like that? Please advise
This is your honeymoon period. You should be chilling during this time. You are not going to get any hike or rating for the work that you are doing in notice period. So relax and enjoy your NP. This is also the time when you can give back to the people who tortured you while you worked here.
Yes bro my only concern is they can't extend my notice right? Because my delivery manager was threatening the other team mate that the lwd will be extended if the tasks are not completed. There is no such policy right.
There is no such policy of LWD extension. What is the use of extending his NP if he is not willing to work? If they extend his NP, he will do the same thing only right. On the other hand, if you don't work during NP, they might give you an early release if you're lucky.
