hey guys i am working from hyderabad location while my base location is pune i am doing 12 days a month as per policy, are there still chances that I'll get email from hr for not working from base location?

Managers agreed to work at a nearby location and 12 days to office was ok. I think it may also depend on the project and management decisions

Yeah, this was okay until now. But I’m sailing in the same boat (Base - Hyderabad ; Reporting - Mumbai) and got an email today stating the swipe location is different from work anchor point so I am required to report to Base Location immediately to be complaint with the policy.
