Doubt - my base location is different from my nearest accenture office location. I will start going to the nearest office. Can someone from the lead or senior positing tell me that what will happen if my team get to know about it. What can be the worst scenarios. Can they fire me or put me into PIP or things like that due to this reason.
Per the mandate, you are required to work from the facility that you are tagged to but if in case you wish to change that tagged facility to one closer to your home, you can do that by working with your DU lead and PMO. We do have that option. I just got it done for many of my team members in Pune.
I didn't get any email about working from office
Bro, chill 😎 they won't fire you for that. Just inform your lead and you'll be fine.
As per the faq that came with that email you’ll have to work from the site that has been assigned to you that is what’s going to be counted. If you want to go to the nearest office you need to get location changed talk with your HR.
