Hey guys
Just want to share my thoughts on work from office
As I asked to report to Capgemini office in eco world (5B)
The thing is here I am the only one who is attending from my team because other team members are from different organizations or they are from other location
Even I can't able to meet my client also even my team members
Then what's the use of going to office if I am not able to meet my any of the team members
I feel very alone in the campus the guy who is talking to me is only the security person (Daily he is asking me show me your ID card )
Share your thoughts on this.
Same! Felt like this 2 months ago.. now I am happy to have my own time. What helped is the motivation to switch 😂 now can peacefully study, work, go to club house, gym etc
Yes, I go to ecospace as my team is in Pune and I don’t feel sitting longer due to the same very reason. Atleast security guard talks to you. I just get a thumbs up to move inside prestige tech park, as it’s general odc, I sit wherever there is available seat
