Work from Office RTO variable pay impact TCS..
We work three months day night sat sunday.. But ths RTO 9HOURS mandatory things actually demotivating in quarter end whn they publish report and say you are not 60% non compliance and all bull shit.. Not at all liking this.. Looking for PMO, Vendor management role.. Just done with TCS
They cannot calculate like that. Say you will stop working on weekends and stick to normal working hours if they are that much particular about in office hours
Yes we have to do that .... 5days and 9 hours only....nit more then that and no calls as well post this time

I guess not but they will use that reason to deduct our salary during July salary time at the very last moment,typical trick,let's see

It is not mandatory to stay 9 hours in office. Tcs working hours policy states that you have to work for 9 hours.
